Rainbow Distribution Hiring! Full Time Assistant Outlet Manager (Toppen) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

  • Vibrant and outgoing candidate.
  • Possess minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Retail working experience and ability to manage a team.
  • Able to work retail hours and on public holidays.
  • Generate sales and profitability for the outlet.
  • Provide direction and leadership to outlet staff, including sales promoters deployed from the brand.
  • Develop and execute outlet promotions to increase sales revenue without compromising profitability.
  • Conduct effective communication: team briefings, motivation, performance appraisal, coaching, conflict resolution, and discipline.
  • Motivate, recognize, empower, and challenge the team daily, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
  • Plan manpower in advance with rosters, leave schedules, etc., to ensure operational capacity during peak seasons.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring no stockouts and maintaining accurate counts during opening/closing.
  • Monitor sales floor to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Submit required paperwork promptly (e.g., OT, commissions).
  • Participate in stock takes according to SOPs.
  • Maintain relationships with mall management to access promotions and collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide medical leave and benefits information.
  • Manage staff purchase programs.
