Job Summary:
The Assistant Outlet Manager – Mixologist oversees daily outlet operations, ensures service and beverage standards, trains and develops the F&B team, collaborates with the kitchen on food quality and cost control, and upholds HACCP compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert mixology and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation, preparation, and presentation of a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
Ensure high standards of beverage service by training and supervising bar staff on mixology techniques, presentation, and guest engagement.
Maintain consistent quality, cost control, and inventory of bar ingredients and supplies in coordination with the kitchen and purchasing teams.
Implement and uphold service procedures, ensuring all team members follow brand standards through regular coaching and performance checks.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards by strictly adhering to HACCP protocols in all bar operations.
Foster a positive and professional bar culture that enhances guest experience and motivates the team to achieve service excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with mixology expertise.
Outgoing, people-oriented, cooperative, and adaptable personality.
