Overview
Currently representing a fast growing retail food & beverage company in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and manage operating costs.
- Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
- Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
- Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
- Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure SOP is observed & carried out consistently for all branches.
- Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
- Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
- Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration of peak period demands and succession planning.
- Lead, motivate and support the team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in F&B Industry.
- Preferably have experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a must (Due to business nature).
- Working days: 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday).
- Travel/Visit to other outlets may be required.
