Assist in overseeing JV/Direct/Licensee Outlets across assigned areas.
Support the Senior Operation Manager in executing strategic plans and achieving departmental goals.
Monitor daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and budget guidelines.
Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure area operation consistency, performance, and employee engagement.
Assist in planning and rolling out new operation projects, initiatives, and system improvements.
Implement and monitor SOP enhancements across all outlets, ensuring staff compliance and understanding.
Analyze outlet performance, including GMV sales, P&L costs, and inventory stock, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Work with the team to identify and resolve operation challenges, support quality assurance, and maintain brand standards.
Maintain effective communication between management and outlet teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
Support in training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of outlet staff and operations team members.
Coordinate with relevant departments (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support outlet operations as needed.
Contribute to QAQC assessments and follow up on corrective actions for continual improvement.
Act as a point of contact for assigned outlets, ensuring prompt and efficient issue resolution.
Undertake any additional duties or special projects assigned by the Senior Operation Manager or Management.
Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management, STPM/SPM or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Good People Skills and Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
Supervising & Ability to Train and Monitor Progress.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, F&B trends, and customer service best practices.
