Job description

a) Coordinate with the sales department on customer orders for order fulfillment and logistics planning.

b) Manage delivery schedules and liaise with outsourced logistics companies to ensure prompt deliveries.

c) Oversee day-to-day warehouse and sales operational support activities.

d) Ensure all orders are processed with accuracy and timeliness.

e) Perform general sales administrative work.

f) Inform the sales team or customers of unforeseen delays or problems.

g) Ensure all reports such as Daily/Monthly Sales and Delivery reports are submitted on time for management review.

h) Enforce FIFO principles in deliveries, storage, and replenishment of stocks to minimize aging, deterioration, and wastage of stock.

i) Examine, identify, plan, and manage warehousing processes and operations, including reporting and internal control systems, ensuring all relevant records are accurately maintained.
