Job Summary

This is a six-month contract role.

Trade Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a talented Trade Operations Analyst responsible for coordinating and monitoring complex international trade transactions. The role ensures seamless communication between stakeholders, manages operational workflows, and supports efficient global trade processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

You will be a key part of our Trade Documentary team, supporting the execution of Trade Finance operations within the Bank. The team handles transactions globally, minimizes risk, and is vital to the Bank’s core strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all documents are processed accurately, complying with statutory, regulatory, and internal instructions.
• Maintain process documentation, including workflow diagrams, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Achieve high productivity and accuracy within cycle times.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Skills & Experience

• Some experience in trade finance operations within a banking or financial institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
