About the role

The role involves supporting the development of Medical Marketing strategies and activities aligned with Business and Brand Strategy, Medical Field Conditions, iHCP Policy, WHO Code, and local regulations to promote Reckitt Nutrition Products in Medical channels. The role requires collaboration with various departments, leadership, and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing Medical Marketing strategies in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement Medical Marketing materials and activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, suggesting improvements.
  • Engage and develop relationships with national and local KOLs.
  • Support budget planning and management for Medical Marketing activities.
  • Assist in developing reimbursement market strategies for related products.
  • Plan and execute scientific meetings with KOLs to support product reimbursement access.
Experience required
  • At least 3 years in Medical or Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Medical and Brand management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market conditions and customer needs.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding of industry trends.
  • Basic budgeting skills.
  • Self-driven with strong teamwork skills.
