We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to drive project marketing initiatives for new and existing developments. This role focuses on strategic marketing execution, sales enablement, and market positioning to enhance property sales and brand awareness.
Develop and execute project marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.
Plan and implement targeted marketing efforts across XHS, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to attract potential buyers.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies effectively convert leads into buyers.
Organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
