They lead both traditional and strategic dynamic device buying channels to grow market reach and re-engage users. They utilize internal user operation levers and traffic management products to enhance user acquisition efficiency and increase channel effectiveness.

You will be part of Grab's Performance Marketing Team, responsible for optimizing and automating channel operations. Reporting to the Marketing Head, your main responsibilities include managing paid channels, implementing go-to-market strategies, and applying different measurement systems to refine audience targeting and improve channel efficiency across all business verticals in the Malaysia market. You will focus on A/B testing, data-driven improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop media investment guidelines for campaigns.
This role is based onsite at Grab Petaling Jaya Office.
