  • Work with tenants and exhibitors to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Oversee the quality of promotional displays and merchandise.

Advertising & Public Relations

  • Lead marketing efforts through various channels, including advertisements and social media.

Customer Service

  • Develop and enforce customer service standards to enhance the mall’s public image.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the Customer Service Counter and staff performance.
