We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager with proven experience in B2B marketing. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement—especially within the enterprise and SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute B2B Marketing Strategies

Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to support lead generation, product awareness, and revenue growth.

Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital ads, events, webinars, and partner collaborations.

Work closely with Product Owners and regional branches to localize and execute marketing initiatives.

2. Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines for use across departments and external vendors.

Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social (particularly LinkedIn) campaigns.

Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve engagement and ROI.

4. Content Creation & Thought Leadership

Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant content such as blog articles, newsletters, social posts, whitepapers, and sales kits.

Drive thought leadership positioning by aligning content with industry pain points, trends, and buyer journey stages.

5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.

Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and product positioning.

6. Budget Management

Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Track marketing spend and calculate return on investment (ROI) for key activities.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing is aligned with overall business objectives.

8. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication

Create clear and impactful reports and presentation decks to communicate marketing performance and strategy to senior leadership.

Use data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions and continuously improve execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a B2B-focused or managerial capacity.

3. Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and support long sales cycles.

4. Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategies.

5. Proficient in digital marketing and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Wordpress, etc.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7. Highly organized with strong project management skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
