- Develop and Execute Regional E-commerce Strategy:
- Formulate and implement a robust regional e-commerce strategy aligned with global sales objectives, focusing on maximizing online sales performance across key platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
- Identify new e-commerce opportunities and market trends to expand our online presence and reach.
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with broader market plans.
- E-commerce Platform Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the performance of our e-commerce stores on platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, including product listing optimization, inventory management coordination, and promotional campaign execution.
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, traffic, sales) and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize product content, visuals, and descriptions to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
- Digital Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify key learnings, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Dealer Program Management:
- Manage the regional rollout and implementation of dealer programs, including yearly strategy planning and T1/T2 contract and rebate programs, ensuring alignment with e-commerce objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, leveraging e-commerce and digital channels for promotion and engagement.
- Budget Management & Reporting:
- Track and manage marketing and e-commerce budget spending, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, digital marketing campaign effectiveness, and market insights.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
- This is a global marketing role requiring a blend of creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making for e-commerce growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in E-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry or an advertising agency.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing online stores on leading e-commerce platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce data and utilizing insights to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
