Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, analyse and convert insights into concrete strategies to build a brand and drive sales.
  • Strong end to end project management skills, managing marketing, comms, and NPD.
  • Plan communication plans for campaigns –inclusive traditional, digital and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate, review and align with other sections and departments stakeholders to ensure other asset development aligned towards campaign strategy.
  • Execute and monitor performance on all consumer experience communication roadmaps in marketing campaign.
  • Drive NPD development and support demand supply planning.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years+ brand/marketing experience from F&B, FMCG,E-Commerce or any consumer facing.
  • Strong end to end project management skills, managing marketing, comms, and NPD.
  • Able to develop and execute consumer experience communication roadmaps in marketing campaign.
  • Analytical and able to convert insights into concrete strategies to build a brand and drive sales.
  • Able to propose media plans for campaigns –inclusive traditional, digital and key opinion leaders.
  • Experienced in converting insights to NPD development and demand supply forecasting.
  • Able to work with cross functional team to execute marketing, comms, and NPD plans flawlessly.
  • Strong stakeholders management skills and solution-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented.
