What you'll be doing
- Brand Management & Strategy
Lead the development of the annual marketing calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Drive the successful execution of national campaigns, product launches, and promotions to meet business goals. - Campaign Planning & Execution
Own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, managing agencies, and media partners.
Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to optimize results. - Local Store Marketing (LSM) & Community Engagement
Develop and oversee Local Store Marketing strategies to boost traffic and local brand presence.
Lead CSR initiatives and strategic partnerships to enhance community engagement and brand value. - Digital Marketing, Content & Communication
Direct digital marketing strategies, including content planning and brand sentiment monitoring.
Manage paid media budgets, influencer partnerships, and public relations to strengthen brand reputation. - Market Research & Insights
Oversee market and competitor analysis to guide marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Present regular insights and performance reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making. - Budget & Agency Management
Manage overall marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Lead vendor and agency management, including evaluation, onboarding, and performance review.
Your skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and communication in the F&B retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, data insights, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
