Overview

Responsible for the management of hospital’s PR & Communication, sales & Marketing activities and Branding, towards improving the hospital targeted census and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales.
  • Facilitate Corporate, insurance and GP programmes.
  • Managing and meeting marketing expense budgets.
  • Achieving the set target for the department, support other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent networking with Corporate & Insurance companies; Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Multi-National Companies (MNCs) and Governmental organizations and General Practitioners (GPs) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase hospital services utilization by these parties.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hospital and Nursing College.
  • Drive sales from multiple channels including face-to-face road shows, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Forum, and etc.).
  • Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management’s direction, marketing strategy and implementation.
Qualifications
