Job description

To develop strategic marketing plans/strategies and execute campaigns, programs, activities and other initiatives that support the growth of the company’s business.

More specifically, to perform the following:

Develop annual marketing plans within the set expenses budget and ensure smooth execution to achieve target sales and number of new customers/IBOs.

Responsible for core marketing functions such as marketing communications, product marketing, brand awareness, creatives, digital & social media marketing, events.

Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Conceptualize and innovate product launch mechanics to generate new sales opportunities and new customers.

Plan and execute all Sunrider Malaysia marketing initiatives and activities related to product launches & trainings, corporate events, public & IBO-focus activities, exhibition, tradeshows, road shows, carnivals, rallies, home party, CSR events, etc.

Develop and execute brand campaigns through digital platform to create brand awareness and expand customer base.

Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospects, customers & business builders’ lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

Develop and execute digital marketing plans to achieve regional and local goals. Ensure timely and proper updates of all social media calendars.

Conceptualize and content creation for relevant marketing /communications materials including catalogues, brochures, flyers, newsletters, websites, EDMs and PR releases.

Manage the content of the company website to ensure up-to-date shareable information and to increase click through.

Work closely within the Business Development team & Regional Marketing team to ensure that all marketing communications updates, announcements, and important notices are made to IBOs on time.

Provide market information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for the purpose of increasing brand awareness, customer base and sales.

Any other duties as and when delegated by the immediate superior or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills

Proven success in developing marketing plans/strategies and campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language will be a definite advantage

Competence as a creative writer

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years related experience with at least 2 years experience in similar position

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
