Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategy.
- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads within 2 working days.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Support events, client meetings, and partnership development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Generate a minimum of 5 new qualified leads per month through research, referrals, or outreach.
- Prepare and present at least 3 business proposals or decks per month to potential clients or partners.
- Follow up on 100% of business leads within 2 working days of contact or inquiry.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospects and activities in the CRM system.
- Support the closing of at least 3 business deals or MOUs per quarter (with team or independently).
