About the Role

As the Assistant Marketing & Community Manager at PSC, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our vision and help expand our footprint. Your work will connect us with new audiences, create meaningful partnerships, and ensure PSC remains the ultimate destination for pickleball enthusiasts.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Marketing – Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with PSC’s brand, values, and community-driven approach.
  • Community Focus – Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by strengthening social connections and driving community growth.
  • Content Leadership – Lead content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to engage, inform, and expand our community.
  • Social Media Strategy – Craft strategies to boost PSC’s online presence, increase engagement, and build a loyal digital audience.
  • Partnership Development – Identify, negotiate, and nurture partnerships that enhance PSC’s offerings and bring value to our community.
  • Event Support – Work closely with the team to plan, promote, and execute events that drive engagement, revenue, and participation.
  • Performance Metrics – Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize impact.
  • Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to keep PSC competitive and innovative.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing management or business development, ideally within sports, lifestyle, or community-focused industries. Startup experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, driving engagement and accelerating growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and navigate through rapid changes while maintaining alignment with business goals.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools, platforms, and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance in a dynamic environment.
  • A hands-on, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving, startup culture, and can drive results through innovation, flexibility, and quick execution.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen ability to turn ideas into actionable, results-driven initiatives while staying agile in an evolving market landscape.
