The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible to support the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies for our health and beauty brands, bringing our brands story to life across digital, PR, in-store and influencer campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, PR).
- Coordinate with product, design, sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage content calendars for social media platforms and email marketing.
- Support influencer and KOL collaborations; handle outreach and logistics.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and trends to improve engagement and ROI.
- Help maintain brand tone, visual identity, and consistency across all channels.
- Participate in product launches, media events and exhibitions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in the health and beauty space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Min 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in health & beauty, skincare or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools and basic analytics.
- Creative eye for visuals and experience working with design teams is a plus.

Our office, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is located at: 33, Jln TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us up before you apply to see if you would be willing to commute to this location for work as we are fully on-site).
Working hours is Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm.
