Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of this role is to closely monitor on daily task on order fulfilment progress, mainly to make sure that the pick, pack and invoice order timely.

Adhere of SOP at all times on day-to-day operations activity, company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, Clients and Customer’s requirements and Regulatory Requirements in Zuellig Pharma. This is to make sure we aligned and meet company’s Goals.

Expectations of the Role:

To plan and release wave per delivery schedule on daily basis and this being strictly followed on (PGI).

Work closely with third party repacking team (SPP), this to ensure all the orders being picked, packed and hand over timely to dispatch team.

Partially completed orders to be check and monitored on daily basis without any delay.

Liaise SAP and Dematic team if there are any system issues being pop up.

To be responsible on daily picking confirmation target being achieved.

Liaise with PSD and CSU team on order processing schedules.

Closely monitor on urgent and lifesaving orders being released and invoiced timely.

Work very closely and delegate picking task to all the outbound operation team timely.

Closely monitor on attendance of co-worker and their picking performance on hourly basis, organise cross-functional meetings when needed within DC.

Support and participate in cross-functional projects when assigned.

Constantly keep updated superior on any issues or challenges occurring immediately.

Timely remove any materials being damaged or leaking from the locations.

To ensure integrity of stock in the location (SOH vs physical stocks at locations)

Liaise with DC facility team if is there any technical issues on conveyor system.

To ensure and maintain good housekeeping, safety and implement 5S.

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in warehouse/logistic or similar field

At least 5-6 years experience in similar role
