Job Description
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
- Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance stock control.
- Optimize warehouse processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with overall business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all logistics services provided.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and adopt industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations based on inventory analysis to enhance inventory management strategies.
- Prepare inventory and stock reconciliation reports for both management and clients.

- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achievement of operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and all relevant safety regulations.
- Oversee distribution operations and ensure alignment with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and safety guidelines.
- Meet with clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for new business development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any relevance.
- At least 5 years of inventory experience in 3PL warehouse/distribution environment.
- Expert in WMS systems (implementation and optimization experience is a plus).
- Strong experience in inventory mapping, reconciliation, inventory and location accuracy improvement.
- Proven ability to analyze stock data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate.
- Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
