Job summary
A leading logistics company seeks an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse operations and enhance stock control strategies. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, manage logistics billing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Candidates must have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least five years of experience in a similar role, alongside strong leadership skills and proficiency in Mandarin for effective client communication.
Qualifications

- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure and maintaininventory accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch,and reverse logistics.
- Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhancestock control.
- Optimize warehouse processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with overallbusiness objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all logistics services provided.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures,analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and adoptindustry best practices.
- Provide recommendations based on inventory analysis to enhance inventorymanagement strategies.
- Prepare inventory and stock reconciliation reports for both management and clients.
- Implement 5S practices to maintain safety, cleanliness, and security within the
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) and achievement of operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and all relevant safety regulations.
- Oversee distribution operations and ensure alignment with company policies,industry standards, and applicable laws and safety guidelines.
- Meet with clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for newbusiness development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or anyrelevance.
- At least 5 years of inventory experience in 3PL warehouse/distribution environment.
- Expert in WMS systems (implementation and optimization experience is a plus).
- Strong experience in inventory mapping, reconciliation, inventory and locationaccuracy improvement.
- Proven ability to analyze stock data, identify discrepancies, and implementcorrective actions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate.
- Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin. We are seekingcandidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
