Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Application Analyst

Leadership: Assist in leading, managing the IT and warehouse projects, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with the vendor to ensure the effective functioning of the application and integrations.

Project Management: Collaborate with the vendor and end user in planning and executing projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT and network-related issues. Ensure timely resolution of escalated support tickets.

System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network components. Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT and application service providers and vendors. Evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

Process and Project Implementation: Implement company & Warehouse, Logistics policies, procedures and SOP.

Reporting Analysts: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Provide Warehouse and Logistics IT solution: Meet the business need that aligned to company strategic business objective. Recommend solutions related to Warehouse and Logistics on opportunity/ problem for future growth and cost savings initiatives.

Documentation and Communication: Follow-up and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Ensure all mandatory cost savings initiatives, project/ request documents are properly signed-off and documented.

Integration Improvement: Develop effective integration processes, tools and templates that business units can effectively utilize to integrate the identified projects. Lead implementation of integration and/or special project to support the achievement of organizational goals (group or each individual company). This includes defining, documenting, and creating processes for integration.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT field preferably Warehouse and Logistics project management and application (WMS, TMS, Other Applications) management.

Involved in Warehouse Management System Integration, IT migration, and end to end of project management.

Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of the complexities of inventory-related and finance processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independently managing priorities and troubleshooting issues.

Familiarity with advanced Microsoft 365 features such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.

Reports directly to the Head of Warehouse and Logistics.
