Overview

Responsibilities

• To compile and analyze treasury-related reports, including cash flow positions, fund movements and bank balances.
• To compile and analyze data on banking facilities, interest payments and cash flow forecasts.
• To maintain and update the Group’s bank facilities and borrowing schedules.
• To assist in generating treasury-related reports for stakeholders.
• To coordinate timelines of information collation from the various account teams and corporate finance teams to ensure timely submission and collation of data for consolidated treasury reporting.
• To support digitalization and automation initiatives within the Treasury functions, such as Excel templates and treasury management system implementation.
• To maintain systematic treasury reporting documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in finance, treasury or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Good understanding of cash flow and debt management reporting
• Strong and timely attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy over speed of submission
• Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
• Able to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams
• Clear and good communication skills
• Good working attitude and maintain professionalism
• Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment
