Job description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and monitor treasury activities such as cash management, fund transfer, money market placements, and ensure timely loan rollover and interest payments.
  • Ensure daily funding for subsidiaries is processed accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare journal entries for treasury-related transactions.
  • Track current account listings to facilitate opening and closing of accounts.
  • Prepare treasury reports, including weekly cash flow forecasts, bank guarantee reports, and monthly treasury summaries.
  • Assist in preparing GCF and supporting documents for reporting purposes, such as AC, AOP, Treasury, and CM reports.
  • Compute intercompany loans, including outstanding principal balances and interest/profit charges.
  • Assist with bank guarantee applications, extensions, modifications, and tracking of outstanding BGs.
  • Update townships on expiring BGs and ensure expired BGs are canceled.
  • Complete all other assigned duties, projects, and initiatives as required.
