General Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between client Commercial Sales, Client Marketing & DKSH Channel Leads/Sales Managers in developing and executing trade marketing plans aligned with Sales & Marketing objectives, including:
- Identifying key accounts for promotion implementation and aligning on allocations based on growth targets.
- Proposing and aligning on impactful display supports to gain strong visibility in key accounts.
- Shortlisting accounts for NPD launches based on an aligned NPD launch process.
- Consolidating overall national campaign and channel execution details for communication to the sales operation team in monthly trade bulletins.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing tracking updates for promotion executions based on agreed timelines and providing timely feedback on effectiveness during execution for immediate rectification.
- Conducting post-evaluation of all national campaigns, including in-store promotion initiatives.
- Providing competitor information, such as updating monthly Pricing Tracker & Promotion Mechanics, tracking new product launches, and monitoring competitor trade promotion activities.
- Working closely with KAM and merchandisers to ensure timely placement of marketing materials in-store (POSM/Promo price updates, promo stock availability).
- Collaborating with DKSH Client Management & VAS team to ensure co-packing and product rework (stickering) are completed on time to meet trade selling plans.
- Working with Marketing to update Must Sell SKU (MSS) for respective channels as needed.
- Developing channel-exclusive promotions with Channel Leads & DKSH National Sales Managers/Key Account Managers to drive sales and close sales gaps.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
