Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead transition planning and execution, ensuring smooth mobilisation aligned with project scope, timeline, budget, and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical oversight during mobilisation, including coordination of implementation, testing, and documentation of operational systems.
- Support multiple transition projects, managing competing timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders—clients, internal teams, HR, and suppliers—to align technical support with mobilisation needs.
- Ensure compliance and due diligence, capturing gaps or risks and formalising documentation in the operations guide.
- Offer hands-on technical support, resolving issues during mobilisation and ensuring the operational team is equipped with proper guidance.
- Deliver training on systems and processes to site teams and support them in adopting best practices and company procedures.
- Monitor risks and escalate issues that may affect transition delivery, ensuring business continuity and safety compliance.
- Act as a liaison between technical and operations teams to ensure consistent implementation across all transitioning projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each transition and recommending process enhancements for future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facility Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
- Strong background in facilities, building, or property management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage technical transitions and operational support effectively.
