This role focuses on supporting the X series model, with responsibilities centered around cost efficiency, technical knowledge sharing, and team development. Key tasks include managing after-sales performance (VOR), especially for the X series, issuing technical information, and promoting continuous learning through case studies and online troubleshooting sessions. A significant part of the role also involves building people competencies and ensuring effective communication and support for new model-related service activities.

Your Day-to-Day

In charge of the CFT project on daily ISC activity

Monitor daily feedback from the service network for 200 days and take action based on discussions with related parties (manufacturing, 3rd parties, suppliers)

Provide technical direction and information to service outlets on escalated issues

Ensure team's response to X series model issues is timely

Keep the team updated on new models

Limit/monitor/minimize field service visits via feedback/assistance (email, phone, Technical Assistant field visit)

Train technical assistants during field visits on:

Troubleshooting and decision-making

Capturing measurable data and actions during CBJ (Customer-Based Job)

Monitor the current vehicle status at workshops for issues

Publish Technical Instructions for improvements implemented without cost

Ensure consistent methods are used across the service network for issue resolution

Job Requirements:

Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline or equivalent.

More than 5-8 years in the automotive field.

Knowledge in automotive to provide technical support and guidance.

Hands-on skill in automotive is an added advantage.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management and business associates.

Independent and able to face challenges.

Willing to travel frequently.
