An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source potential candidates.
Responsible for the entire recruitment process including job posting on different platforms, cold calling, screening, shortlisting, selecting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate placement.
Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection criteria, and create proactive recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process. Manage negotiations and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive experience and are well-integrated into the company.
Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing initiatives. Participate in HR projects and employer branding activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics, use analytics to improve strategies, and generate reports on recruitment performance for the Head of HR.
Support office and supply chain recruitment by partnering with vocational schools, universities, colleges, and third-party agencies to organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a talent pipeline.
Implement continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
