We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as an Assistant Manager, System & Product Support, Policy Servicing.

The Role:

  • Prioritize production defects and data patching to meet customer or agent expectations
  • Assess impacts and provide workarounds for production inquiries, defects, data patching, and data extraction
  • Coordinate and communicate business issues within the area of responsibility
  • Review and define testing scope for production defect testing
  • Implement or achieve milestones for projects and initiatives
  • Monitor activities to identify risks and non-compliance issues
  • Support the team with daily operational issues
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Person:

  • Possess a tertiary qualification, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or equivalent certifications such as AMII, AAII, FMLI
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience in system support within Policy Processing or Customer Service is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Capable of producing high-quality work under pressure
