Job description

Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Excellence
  • Operate and oversee the Supply Chain Control Tower to ensure proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and operational visibility across inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolution of operational issues.
  • Measure and report on KPIs including distribution cost, order fulfillment accuracy and project milestone achievements.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional supply chain projects focused on process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
  • Plan and implement supply chain strategies and improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain structured documentation and records for all initiatives and process changes in the system.
  • Represent Supply Chain department in all tasks related to supply chain projects, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Lead continuous improvement workshops and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Empowered to propose and implement routing and operational decisions that support optimized distribution and real-time issue resolution.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2–3 years in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives across functions.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Power BI and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Knowledge of supply planning or inventory management process.
  • Strong communication and coordination skill.
