The Role:

1. Assist in formulating Asset Liability Matching (ALM) Optimization considering liquidity, earnings volatility, reinsurance, capital, and free surplus management, with support from Actuarial, Investment, and Finance departments.
2. Support in developing regulatory capital management strategies via ALM, and initiate in-force initiatives and business cases for opportunity optimization.
3. Analyze and monitor capital efficiency through Return on Regulatory Capital by line of business.
4. Prepare relevant analyses and monitoring reports for SMT and ALCO, and provide in-depth claim analyses with improvement ideas.

The Person:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics.
• Over 3 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry, preferably with valuation background, with strong understanding of business value chain and products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to collaborate across stakeholders.
• High integrity, accountability, and positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
