What would you do?
  1. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategy that is aligned with the brand direction.
  2. Develop highly engaging social media posts including static and interactive content, as well as videos.
  3. Shoot and edit videos for social media.
  4. Adapt, repurpose, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment.
  5. Schedule social posts according to the social master calendar.
  6. Prepare monthly and campaign social media reports in a timely manner.
  7. Track social performance and analyse the effectiveness of content according to the platform.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive education and usage of the products through social media.
  9. Recommend and optimise social media content for business units to improve audience engagement.
  10. Conduct market research and analyse competitors’ social activities.
  11. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and identify the latest social media trends/technologies.
  12. Ideate and plan for campaigns that are aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
  13. Produce high-quality content in a variety of mediums for social media at scale and with a flair for our audience.
  14. Actively track and monitor all social media platforms, including monitoring conversations/buzz on topics related to the brand and industry.
  15. Manage administrative tasks for relevant projects or events.
Who should join us?
  1. MUST HAVE: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin with impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  2. Proficiency in written and spoken BM is an added advantage.
  3. Prior experience with online community management, copywriting, and/or blogging will be advantageous.
  4. Highly creative, team player, results-achiever, and can work in a multicultural environment.
  5. Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms and their respective performance metrics.
  6. Follow through with projects, tasks, and jobs given.
  7. Ability to multitask and maintain deadlines using good time management and organisation skills.
  8. Passionate about social media.
  9. Good business mindset and communication skills, understanding human behaviour and how online activity impacts the business.
  10. Self-motivated, proactive, team-spirited, with strong interpersonal skills.
  11. Responsible and dependable.
  12. High level of computer literacy.
