Overview

Responsible for managing the Service Operations team that includes on-time service jobs arrangements, fulfillment of service contract requirements, detailed backlog fulfillment planning and precise execution of planned deliverables. The SOM will work closely with internal teams to create strategies that align with the company's goals and ensure on-time service order fulfillment that improves customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a Service Operations team that consist of customer service coordinators and schedulers.
  • Prepare weekly order fulfilment plans.
  • Plan and ensure timely service contract execution as per contract requirements.
  • Identify process gap to improve order fulfilment.

Skills & Competency Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in business; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in customer service / support.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of water analysis technology is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
