Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Finance & Accounts

1. Assist in overseeing all accounting, finance, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Review monthly financial statements accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Review all reconciliations and schedules for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger on a monthly basis.

4. Review accounts payable and accounts receivable as per the assigned entity.

5. Handle income tax submissions and filings.

6. Review Fixed Asset tagging list and register.

7. Manage funds within the entities accordingly.

8. Liaise with all stakeholders such as internal departments, related companies, bankers, auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on all accounting matters.

9. Assist in annual audits and stock take processes.

10. Assist in reviewing accounting, reporting, pricing, costing, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.

11. Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
