Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and expand MOG’s Corporate Communications, CSR, and Partnership initiatives. This role plays a vital part in positioning MOG as a lifelong vision care partner through meaningful outreach programs across schools, hospitals, medical centres, and community networks.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and master coordinator with proven experience in campaign ideation, external collaboration, and event execution—who can work independently while upholding our brand values and ensuring strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Creative Development

  • Develop and execute annual CSR and partnership roadmaps aligned with brand objectives and national health/education priorities.
  • Propose innovative, impactful activities that resonate with different life stages: children, teens, working adults, and seniors.

2. External Stakeholder Engagement

Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with:

  • Schools (private, international, government, colleges, universities)
  • Hospitals, clinics, and medical centres
  • NGOs, community organizations, and corporate entities
  • Represent MOG in proposal presentations, negotiation, and collaboration discussions.

3. Event & Program Execution

  • Act as the project lead and on-ground “event master” from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders; marketing, optometrist, creative teams etc to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Ensure brand standards, optical industry accuracy, and experience quality are upheld at every touchpoint.

4. Reporting & Optimisation

  • Prepare post-event evaluations, photo documentation, and improvement reports.
  • Consolidate feedback, data (e.g. participant reach, engagement), and ROI analysis for each activation.
  • Recommend ongoing enhancements based on learnings.

5. Budget & Compliance

  • Manage budgets, monitor spending, and propose cost-efficient alternatives when needed.
  • Ensure all external engagements comply with corporate governance and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, CSR, partnership development, or community events.
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare, education, or consumer brand sector is an added advantage.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Confident presenter, able to speak to high-level stakeholders (school principals, hospital leaders, etc.).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
  • Able to provide timely updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility of project progress and alignment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
