Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and expand MOG’s Corporate Communications, CSR, and Partnership initiatives. This role plays a vital part in positioning MOG as a lifelong vision care partner through meaningful outreach programs across schools, hospitals, medical centres, and community networks.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and master coordinator with proven experience in campaign ideation, external collaboration, and event execution—who can work independently while upholding our brand values and ensuring strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Creative Development
- Develop and execute annual CSR and partnership roadmaps aligned with brand objectives and national health/education priorities.
- Propose innovative, impactful activities that resonate with different life stages: children, teens, working adults, and seniors.
2. External Stakeholder Engagement
Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with:
- Schools (private, international, government, colleges, universities)
- Hospitals, clinics, and medical centres
- NGOs, community organizations, and corporate entities
- Represent MOG in proposal presentations, negotiation, and collaboration discussions.
3. Event & Program Execution
- Act as the project lead and on-ground “event master” from planning to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders; marketing, optometrist, creative teams etc to ensure seamless implementation.
- Ensure brand standards, optical industry accuracy, and experience quality are upheld at every touchpoint.
4. Reporting & Optimisation
- Prepare post-event evaluations, photo documentation, and improvement reports.
- Consolidate feedback, data (e.g. participant reach, engagement), and ROI analysis for each activation.
- Recommend ongoing enhancements based on learnings.
5. Budget & Compliance
- Manage budgets, monitor spending, and propose cost-efficient alternatives when needed.
- Ensure all external engagements comply with corporate governance and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, CSR, partnership development, or community events.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare, education, or consumer brand sector is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Confident presenter, able to speak to high-level stakeholders (school principals, hospital leaders, etc.).
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
- Able to provide timely updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility of project progress and alignment.
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
