This role will be responsible for handling sales support matters (including sales commission processes) and managing the master control for assigned projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accuracy of sales/data entries in the ebooking system and tracking sales conversions within stipulated timeframes, verifying transactions in accordance with promotional schemes.
  • Liaising with customers, solicitors, bankers, and authorities to achieve sales targets.
  • Preparing weekly sales reports, performance reports, conversion reports, quarterly reports, and issuing Notices of Release to buyers timely.
  • Monitoring budget provisions for promotional activities like rebates, referral schemes, and gifts.
  • Processing agent commissions, sales commissions, incentives, allowances, and bonuses promptly.
  • Monitoring Bumiputra ownership and updating relevant personnel.
  • Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing project documentation such as SPA, DMC, consent, and entitlement letters.
  • Liaising with financiers and valuers for project financing and empanelment.
  • Reviewing sales procedures and workflows, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Reviewing and improving ebooking system functions and updating sales performance data.
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental SOPs and quality standards.
  • Monitoring aging and sales conversion rates, recommending actions to expedite sales.
  • Providing customer support during sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, practices, and technology.
  • Performing any other duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the property industry.
