Project Coordinator for Homecare Department.
Analyze, collect, and document information or related business problems and assist in determining the most effective and efficient business solutions.
Provide ad hoc analysis as necessary to support senior management and internal stakeholders.
Support Manager performance review, internal operation plan, and improvement plan.
Monitor and support sales performance, analysis reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly), and ad-hoc analysis support.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Strong business analysis skills, data interpretation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Proven experience in sales organization-related areas such as data analysis, incentive planning, quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations, preferably in a medium to large organization.
