Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Property Development)

Assist in planning and implementing sales & marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and enhance branding and market positioning.

Coordinate all marketing and promotional activities including advertising, digital campaigns, and events.

Track campaign performance and compile reports with analysis and recommendations.

Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, project signages, and property videos.

Monitor project branding and presentation quality on-site and online.

Conduct research on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor projects.

Provide input to improve project positioning and marketing strategies.

Plan and execute events including property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.

- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the property development or real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of the property market and customer segmentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
