The position primarily focuses on driving sales channel targets at the regional level through a partnership with UOB Bank. It involves supporting all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to achieve yearly Banca targets. This includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and BAU matters.
