Job Summary
  1. Provide Employee Benefits solutions to intermediaries and customers.
  2. Ensure the highest level of assistance/support is rendered to intermediaries or customers.
  3. Connect with related internal or external parties to ensure delivery of services required (e.g., third-party administrators, TPAs) to intermediaries or customers.
  4. Ensure activities, plans, and business decisions are aligned and appropriately executed.
  5. Provide timely feedback on changes in industry preferences, regulations, and competitors.

The position primarily focuses on driving sales channel targets at the regional level through a partnership with UOB Bank. It involves supporting all segments and UOB branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking to achieve yearly Banca targets. This includes managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and BAU matters.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Achieve yearly targets and support all segments of UOB branches in Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking.
  2. Service and support UOB Business Partners at designated branches by providing product training, sales coaching, joint fieldwork, event coordination, and other business development activities.
  3. Promote key KPIs such as NBP, Active Ratio, Productivity, and Average Case Size to meet the company's strategic goals.
  4. Encourage a healthy product mix focusing on protection-based products.
  5. Support new business Penders management and post-sales service matters.
  6. Organize, facilitate, and promote bancassurance through training, client events, and sales activities.
  7. Strategize and plan to achieve regional sales targets.
  8. Maintain good relationships with business partners.
Job Specifications
  1. Possess a recognized Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial industry.
  3. Strong product knowledge, especially in insurance.
  4. Knowledge of insurance, banking, and other financial products.
  5. Sales and achievement-oriented with a positive mindset and a team-player attitude.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with multilingual ability.
  7. Willing and able to travel outstation.
