Job Summary

Responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales plans to meet or exceed established company goals in terms of footfall and revenue.
  • Plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures based on park policy.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales operation procedures.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure that the products and services offered meet their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers, highlighting our services and products.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze sales reports, ensuring reports are submitted accurately and timely for inclusion in Sales Pipelines.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure proper SOP documentation.
  • Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.
  • Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Provide after-sales services and ensure that all client feedback is taken seriously and escalated to top management if necessary.
  • Update market intelligence through market segmentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, product presentations, and roadshows as needed.
