Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance with USCRPA operational policy, generally involving medium to complex scenarios.
2. Communicate with users to understand, log, categorize, and develop and maintain development documentation (Functional and Technical Specifications) and other relevant documentation (e.g., new connector or customized connector) to ensure development work and compliance with Change Governance and Information Security.
3. Implement changes related to incidents & change requests and deploy to production systems, ensuring resolution times meet SLA based on priority.
4. Perform code reviews, regression testing, and user-acceptance testing as needed.
5. Coordinate and perform regular patches and upgrades to the platform.
6. Support the Team Manager on work assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems or Business related majoring in computing systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience and knowledge of its products are highly preferred.
• Experience in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
• Basic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of common applications (e.g., SAP, Ariba, AS400) is advantageous.
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic or Visual Studio (.Net) is advantageous.
• Experience with Office365 applications and solutions (e.g., SharePoint Online, Power Apps) is advantageous.
