Supporting the development and execution of performance management processes and employee reward strategies within the organization. Work closely with HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal systems, recognition programs, and compensation frameworks, driving employee engagement and organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
· Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market.
· Assist in the design, implementation, and communication of reward programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and non-financial rewards.
2. Performance Management
· Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective reviews.
· Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of performance management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Guide the design and execution of performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and development plans.
3. HR Policy Development
· Assist in develop and maintain policies related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
· Communicate and ensure adherence to reward and performance policies across all business units.
4. Analytics and Reporting
· Analyse performance and compensation data to provide insights and recommendations.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations on the effectiveness of performance management and rewards programs.
· Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance management and reward processes.
Decision-Making Authority:
· To suggest and implement improvements to performance appraisal processes.
· To communicate updates, policy changes, or new initiatives related to performance management and rewards to the relevant stakeholders.
· Provides advisory support to senior management on rewards and performance matters, influencing key business decisions.

· Internal: Head of Group HR, Business Unit Leaders, Finance Department, HRBPs.
· External: Compensation survey providers, statutory bodies, external auditors, benefits vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in performance management, rewards.
· Strong knowledge of compensation structures.
· Proven experience in leading performance management frameworks and designing rewards strategies in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage.
