About the role

The Assistant Manager, Revenue Growth Management, will support the development and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. This role involves identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance revenue performance.

Your responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing revenue growth strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align revenue growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of revenue forecasting models.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance and governance processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance and governance policies.
The experience we're looking for
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial finance or commercial ideally in FMCG or related industry.
