Job description

In just 20 years, we’ve grown from local roots to a presence in 13+ countries — and we’re still expanding. Now, we’re looking for experienced retail leaders to take charge of international operations and bring our stores to life in new markets around the world.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a global expansion journey through international secondments, high-impact retail launches, and the opportunity to lead world-class operations abroad.

You will participate in a two-month Retail Management Program, and upon successful completion, you will be seconded to an international assignment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Operational Excellence

  • Align operations with HQ standards and local regulations
  • Drive performance and efficiency in new and existing store rollouts
  • Monitor and manage KPIs for optimal operational outcomes

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead top-performing retail teams
  • Champion consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Ensure daily operations meet SOP and compliance standards

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and high merchandising standards
  • Address audit findings with clear action plans
  • Support inventory setup for store launches

Project Execution & Market Expansion

  • Lead new market store setups and operational rollouts
  • Implement and optimize retail systems and processes
  • Contribute to sales, customer experience, and risk mitigation strategies

Market Insight & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor competitors and track retail trends
  • Identify product opportunities and support go-to-market strategies
  • Provide input into promotional and merchandising decisions

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams
  • Report on project milestones and escalate critical issues
  • Ensure alignment across markets, timelines, and performance goals

Who You Are:

  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations or leadership roles
  • Willing to relocate internationally for project assignments
  • Degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Financially savvy with experience in budgeting and performance tracking
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
  • Proficient in retail systems, tools, and data analysis
