YOUR ROLE AS : Assistant Manager, Recruitment
As a Recruitment Assistant Manager, you're basically a talent-finding superhero, collaborating with a squad of rockstar recruiters to snatch up the best and brightest for AirAsia! You'll be throwing epic recruitment parties (okay, maybe just efficient processes) and analyzing data like a detective to ensure every hire is a home run, all while making sure your team is leveling up their skills to find those game-changing superstars!

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you’ll grow into becoming a Manager, Recruitment. In this role, you’ll be given a bigger regional team and strategise group wide initiatives and programmes.
