As an Assistant Manager in Recruitment, you will collaborate with a team of recruiters to attract top talent for AirAsia. Your responsibilities include streamlining recruitment processes, analyzing data to optimize hiring, and developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and facilitate effective sourcing.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and relationship management, focusing on candidate fit and motivation. Utilize various sourcing channels including referrals, portals, campus events, and job fairs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth, including process improvements and tracking systems.
- Promote employer branding by sharing employee stories and testimonials to highlight the company's culture.
- Conduct ongoing training for hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices and interview skills.
- Manage recruitment data systematically, employing data-driven approaches to achieve operational excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Skilled at sourcing top talent through innovative strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Experienced in analyzing recruitment data to identify patterns and improve processes.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, and energetic in collaboration.
- Proficient in ATS tools like Phenom, Workday, and sourcing via LinkedIn.
- Passionate about global recruiting, especially in the APAC region, with the ability to navigate diverse talent markets.
