Public Bank seeks an Assistant Manager for Recovery Planning in the Risk Management Division. The role focuses on monitoring recovery indicators, supporting the integration of recovery initiatives into the bank's operations, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience in banking or financial management, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Review and monitor the recovery indicators as determined under the Recovery Plan (RP) Document.
Support the implementation of initiatives to integrate the RP into the Bank’s business activities, key related policies and frameworks, Business Continuity Plan, and Contingency Funding.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete the actions identified during the RP development and ensure effective execution if necessary.
Carry out appropriate testing to assess the efficacy of the RP.
Review the relevance of information furnished by stakeholders to ensure the RP Document is updated and fit for purpose.
