Assistant Manager, Recovery Planning, Risk Management Division

Review and monitor the recovery indicators as determined under the Recovery Plan (RP) Document.

Support the implementation of initiatives to integrate the RP into the Bank’s business activities, key related policies and frameworks, Business Continuity Plan, and Contingency Funding.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete the actions identified during the RP development and ensure effective execution if necessary.

Carry out appropriate testing to assess the efficacy of the RP.

Review the relevance of information furnished by stakeholders to ensure the RP Document is updated and fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • A recognised Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or professional accounting qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years related experience and familiarity with financial accounting/management of banking institutions.
  • Possess good conceptualisation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be resourceful in problem solving.
