Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily operations of the outlet (admin & operations).
• Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor stock flow: car arrivals, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and JPJ/finance requirements.
• Report task to be completed daily to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineeing/Automotive or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory/management role (automotive industry is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess own transport.
