The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in PR, particularly within technology sectors, and exceptional communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's public image and support its growth through effective storytelling and strategic engagement with key stakeholders.

Develop, implement and manage our public relations strategies to develop a robust and favorable image of the Company’s brand, image of the Company brand and products.

Monitor public relations visibility in the market, analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize plans and programs.

Creating good press releases related to key selling point and other positioning messages that provide coverage related to key selling point and other positioning messages that are suitable for the product lifecycle at that particular point of time and support business objectives.

Able to pro-actively pitch timely stories, interactions and engagements based on industry trends, new products and innovations.

Building long-term relationships with media of fintech industry, journalists and KOLs.

Being able to write and edit a range of collaterals, which includes press releases, marketing collaterals and socials postings.

Develop and implement product public relations to achieve maximum visibility across different media platforms, including magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media sites and blogs.

Work closely with the broader marketing team and the external public relations agencies to drive integrated public relations effort.

Job Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience working in public relations / similar role, with at least 2 years in Assistant Manager capacity.

Prior experience in fintech, telecommunications or consumer electronics is preferred.

Passionate about technology platform and familiar with the payment gateway environment

To have the ability to create results-driven public relations and communication contents that align with business objectives.

Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral, with the ability to adapt to different styles at all levels.

Having strong relationship with medias in Malaysia.

Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to cover all market segments).
